Dadópolis

$40.00

Didactical game that transforms urban exploration in a collective experience. Designed to provoke conversations about the city, how we inhabit it; reflect, debate and dream new ways of living and moving about our spaces.

Its production responds to a compromise with sustainability and circular economy: the dice were elaborated in rescued mahogany wood donated by Para la Naturaleza, while the bag that keeps them was made with reused fabric by the designer Daniela Fabrizi, making each of them unique. Each game component reflects practices of recovery, re-use and care for our natural resources.

Dadópolis Game Instructions

This downloadable document compiles the basic rules and the description for 7 different games that can be played with the dice. Inspired by the methodology for story cubes, Dadópolis uses urban setting icons as a starting point to generate conversation, reflections and collective stories. More than to compete, the tool seeks to open dialogues in groups, couples or individually, strengthening participatory design and imagination about how we live and move around the city.
